This Privacy Policy explains how Artificial Nature Sp. z o.o. processes personal data when you use artificialnature.pl or contact us through the website.

2. Personal data we process

When you use the contact form, we process the information you provide, including your name, e-mail address, optional telephone number and message. Technical server logs may also contain IP address, browser information, date and time of the request and requested resource.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• responding to your inquiry and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, where applicable — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
• handling general business correspondence and protecting our legitimate interests, including website security and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
• compliance with legal obligations where applicable — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Recipients of data

Data may be processed by service providers supporting hosting, e-mail, IT maintenance and security, only to the extent necessary to provide those services and subject to appropriate contractual safeguards.

5. Retention

Correspondence is retained only for as long as necessary to answer the inquiry, manage the business relationship and, where relevant, for the period necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Technical logs are retained according to the hosting and security configuration.

6. External media

The Gallery contains a YouTube video. The YouTube player is loaded only after you choose to play it. When loaded, Google/YouTube may receive technical information and process data according to its own privacy rules. We use the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain where technically possible.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, receive portable data where applicable and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
